Hazardous winter conditions continue. Where: Pine Pass. When: Now through Tuesday morning. What: Snow accumulations of 30 to 40 cm with near zero visibilities in blowing snow. Additional information: A strong Pacific frontal systems will move across the BC central interior bringing snow heavy at times to Highway 97 through the Pine Pass this afternoon and tonight. The snow will ease on Tuesday morning. However, the next frontal system will give another round of snow heavy at times starting on Tuesday evening. Travel will likely be hazardous. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions. Allow extra time for travel. The site shiftintowinter.ca reminds drivers to know before you go.
