SNOWFALL WARNING

Snowfall Warning in effect for:
  • Highway 97 - Pine Pass

Snowfall with total amounts of about 15 cm is expected. When: Sunday and Sunday night. Where: Williston region and Pine Pass. Additional information: A frontal system will bring snow heavy at times. The snow will begin early Sunday morning and will ease late Sunday night. Snowfall amounts of 15 cm are expected by Monday morning. Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions. If driving, turn on your lights, slow down and maintain a safe following distance.
