Winds are expected to peak this afternoon and again late in the evening. While most loose branches and weakened trees have already been knocked down by the previous storms, there is still a possibility of localized utility outages and loose objects being blown away. Local utility outages are possible. Secure loose objects. Prepare for possible disruptions to transportation, services, and utilities.
