Winter storm to begin the week. What: - Snowfall amounts of 20 to 40 centimetres possible. - Near zero visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. - A period of freezing rain. When: Sunday evening to Tuesday afternoon. Additional information: Precipitation will start as snow, then gradually change over to ice pellets or freezing rain on Monday. Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Some travel delays are possible. Road closures are possible. Allow extra time for travel.     • Use the Tab key to move to a button or link
    • Use the Enter key to click on buttons or links
    • Organize shortcuts navigation
      • Use the ↑ Up key to select the link above. If none are selected, it will select the first link.
      • Use the ↓ Down key to select the link below. If none are selected, it will select the last link.
      • Use the Page Up key to move a selection up in the list.
