Winter storm to begin the week. What: - Snowfall amounts of 20 to 40 centimetres possible. - Near zero visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. - A period of freezing rain. When: Sunday evening to Tuesday afternoon. Additional information: Precipitation will start as snow, then gradually change over to ice pellets or freezing rain on Monday. Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Some travel delays are possible. Road closures are possible. Allow extra time for travel.
