SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT

The rainy week continues. What: Another rainfall event giving amounts of 15 to 25 millimetres. When: Thursday. Additional information: Another system will bring showers to Southern Quebec on Thursday. These showers could produce significant rainfall amounts at a time where river levels are high and the ground is saturated. In addition, we are monitoring another weather system that will affect Southern Quebec on Sunday. This system could also give significant rainfall amounts. All this rain should cause river levels to rise. Water pooling is possible at the edge of water bodies and in poorly drained areas.
