When: Beginning Wednesday morning and continuing through Wednesday evening. Additional information: A low pressure system is expected to bring snow and freezing rain to the region on Wednesday. There remains some uncertainty with the track of this system as such, snowfall amounts and areas affected could change. Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Some travel delays are possible. Local utility outages are possible. Property or tree damage is possible. Allow extra time for travel.
