Strong westerly wind gusts are expected. Where: Okanagan Valley, Similkameen, Nicola, South Thompson, Fraser Canyon, Shuswap, Chilcotin, 100 Mile, Prince George, Yellowhead, and Cariboo. Coquihalla Highway, Okanagan Connector and Highway 97 - Clinton to 100 Mile House via Begbie Summit. When: This morning. Remarks: A vigorous cold front will move across the BC interior this morning. In its wake, strong westerly wind gusts will develop over parts of these regions. These strong winds may lead to possible tree damages, local power outages and travel delays.
