Freezing rain warning in effect for:

  • La Minerve - Rouge River area
  • Mont-Laurier area

The freezing rain will end this morning near the border with Ontario and Vermont but persist much of the day elsewhere, even until tonight near Quebec. 2 to 10 millimetres of freezing precipitations are expected north of the St. Lawrence River and lesser amounts south of it.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will become icy, slippery and hazardous. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays.
