The first appreciable snow of the season for parts of Central and Eastern Ontario.
Wet snow continues across Eastern Ontario. Slippery roads are associated with the snow in many places.
Snow will mix with or change to rain or drizzle at times in some areas, with freezing drizzle also a possibility.
Snowfall amounts will average 5 to 10 cm in an band from Haliburton to Ottawa with lesser amounts to the south and east.
Snow will taper off early this morning.
