Another 30 to 50 mm of rain possible by Tuesday morning.

A slow moving low pressure system over South Dakota will continue to bring wet conditions for the balance of the holiday weekend over Southern Manitoba. As of 7 PM 20 to 30 mm of rain had fallen since this morning over the Southern Red River Valley and Southeast Manitoba towards the American Border. A break in the rain has developed this evening however additional shower and thunderstorm activity is redeveloping over Minnesota and is expected to spread north bringing another round of locally heavy rain to Southern Manitoba tonight into Monday. Another 30 to 50 mm of rain is possible over the warning area by Tuesday morning with storm totals of 50 to 80 mm possible especially near the American Border.
