Issued 09:19 AM EDT 21 May 2013 Strong thunderstorms with frequent lightning and heavy rain are moving northward through the northern two thirds of Lake Huron this and will move into Georgian Bay near 9:30 AM. Zero visibility in heavy rain and damaging hail are possible with these storms. Local wind gusts to 30 knots are also possible near thunderstorms.

In effect from 9:15 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
