Issued 10:00 AM NDT 24 May 2013 Today Tonight and Saturday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today low 1008 mb located over southeastern
Labrador.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 1006 mb located north of Belle
Isle Bank.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today cold front from 1008 mb low located over
northern New Brunswick.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Saturday cold front located from Belle Isle Bank
to the Northeast Coast of Newfoundland.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary ridge located southeast
of the Grand Banks.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:51 AM NDT 24 May 2013 A low pressure system over Southeastern Labrador will move to lie
north of the marine district tonight. Strong to gale force
southerlies over the Funk Island Bank will diminish by Saturday
evening as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Funk Island Bank.
