Sable Island.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday low 971 mb located over southern Labrador

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM NDT 20 October 2014 A low pressure system near Sable Island will rapidly intensify as it
tracks northward through the Gulf waters today to lie over the South
Labrador Sea overnight tonight. Strong to gale force south to
southeasterlies will spread northwards east of the low. Gale to storm
force west to southwesterlies will develop in the low's wake.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
the Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, and Belle Isle Bank.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters except the
Southeastern Grand Banks.
