Issued 10:00 AM NDT 23 May 2013 Today Tonight and Friday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary high 1028 mb located over
the southern Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today warm front located on a line
northwest-southeast over Laurentian Fan.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Friday warm front located on a line
northwest-southeast over Funk Island Bank.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:02 AM NDT 23 May 2013 A low pressure system approaching from the Maritimes will drive
northeast through Southern Labrador Friday morning. This will give
strong to gale force southerlies to eastern offshore waters starting
Friday morning.

Marine interest are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and Funk Island Bank.
