Issued 3:00 AM NDT 19 May 2013 Today Tonight and Monday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line east-west over
the northern Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over southern Funk Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located from Labrador Sea to Nova
Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Gulf - Port au Port.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:47 AM NDT 19 May 2013 Gale force northeasterlies over the northern half of the East Coast
and the Funk Island Bank will persist today as a trough of low
pressure over the Northern Grand Banks slowly drifts northward.
Winds will begin to diminish overnight and into Monday as the trough
weakens.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis and the Funk Island Bank.
