Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:26 PM NST 28 November 2014 A low pressure system currently south of the Laurentian Fan will move
northeastward to cross the Southeastern Grand Banks tonight. Strong
to gale force southwesterlies south of the low will shift to strong
to gale force northerlies in its wake over southernmost waters.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Southeastern Grand Banks - southeastern half and the Southwestern
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Strait of Belle Isle and the Belle Isle Bank.
