Issued 3:00 AM ADT 18 May 2013 Today Tonight and Sunday At 3:00 a.m. ADT today low 1009 mb located over Banquereau.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight low 1010 mb located south of the Avalon
Peninsula.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
the western Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday ridge located on a line north-south over
the central Marine District.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM ADT 18 May 2013 A low pressure system over Banquereau combined with a strong area of
high pressure over Labrador will continue to give strong to gale
force northerlies over the Northeastern Gulf of St Lawrence today.
These winds will gradually diminish later in the day as a ridge
approaches from the west.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
northern half of Gulf - Magdalen and southeastern half of Anticosti.
