Marine Weather StatementIssued 2:45 AM ADT 17 September 2014 At 12:00 A.M. ADT hurricane Edouard was located at 32.9 north
And 57.0 west. Edouard is moving northeast at 15 knots with a maximum
sustained wind of 80 knots and central pressure of 959 MB.
Edouard has turned to the northeast and is not expected to have any
significant impact on maritime marine waters. Over Laurentian Fan
winds will increase to moderate to strong northerlies with seas of 3
to 4 metres at Edouard's closest pass this evening. Additionally 2 to
3 metre swells can be expected along the Atlantic coast of Nova
Scotia tonight into Thursday morning.
