Issued 3:00 AM NDT 26 October 2014 Today Tonight and Monday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low 993 mb located east of the Avalon
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight dissipating low located east of the
Avalon Peninsula.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today deepening low 993 mb located over southern
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Monday low 980 mb located northwest of Cape
Breton Island.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT Monday trough from 980 mb low located on a line
east-west over the Southwest Coast of Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:55 AM NDT 26 October 2014 A low pressure system east of the Avalon Peninsula will remain nearly
stationary and weaken today. Gale force northeasterlies just north of
the low will diminish to strong this morning as the low weakens.

A second low pressure system will develop over Southern Maine this
morning and deepen as it moves slowly across the Maritimes today and
tonight to lie near Cape Breton Island by Monday morning. Strong to
gale force east to northeasterlies will spread across the marine
district tonight and Monday morning ahead of this system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except the South Coast, East Coast - Cape St. Francis and
south, and the Grand Banks.
