Issued 10:00 AM NST 21 November 2014 Today Tonight and Saturday At 10:00 a.m. NST today intensifying low 995 mb located over
northwestern Newfoundland.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Saturday low 961 mb located over southern
Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:44 AM NST 21 November 2014 A low pressure system over Northwestern Newfoundland will deepen as
it tracks northeastwards to cross the Belle Isle Bank, then eastward
across the Southern Labrador Sea overnight and Saturday. Strong to
gale force southerlies over most waters, ahead of this system, will
shift to gale to storm force westerlies its wake.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters
except Northeast Gulf.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Gulf-Port au Port,
and Northeast Coast - north of Cape St. John.
