By 3:00 a.m. NDT Sunday quasi-stationary low 994 mb located east
of the Avalon Peninsula.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT Sunday approaching low 990 mb located over
New Brunswick.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:18 PM NDT 25 October 2014 A low pressure system south of the Burin Peninsula will slowly track
northeastward to lie just east of the Avalon Peninsula overnight
where it will stall and gradually weaken. Strong to gale force
northeasterlies north of the low will gradually diminish as the low

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, East Coast - north of Cape St.
Francis, Northeast Coast - Cape St. John and south, Funk Island Bank,
and Northern Grand Banks - northern half.
