Issued 10:00 AM ADT 18 September 2014 Today Tonight and Friday At 10:00 a.m. ADT today low located over the eastern Gaspe
Peninsula.
By 9:00 p.m. ADT tonight low located over southern Labrador.

At 3:00 p.m. ADT today cold front from low located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern New Brunswick.
By 9:00 a.m. ADT Friday cold front located south of the Marine
District.

At 10:00 a.m. ADT today Hurricane Edouard 965 mb located at
40.0N 43.0W.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Friday weakening Tropical Storm Edouard 975 mb
located at 39.9N 38.8W.

Issued 9:59 AM ADT 18 September 2014 Tropical cyclone information:

As of 10:00 A.M. ADT hurricane Edouard was located near 40.0
North 43.0 west, or approximately 795 NM east-southeast of Sable
Island. Edouard is moving east-northeast at 24 knots with maximum
sustained winds of 75 knots and central pressure of 965 MB.

Edouard will not have any impact on winds over maritime marine
waters, but will continue to generate swells in the 1 to 2 metre
range across much of the marine district today.
