Issued 3:00 AM NST 28 November 2014 Today Tonight and Saturday At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 987 mb located over Funk Island Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NST today departing low 985 mb located east of Funk
Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
east-west over southern Labrador Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NST today deepening low 998 mb located south of
Laurentian Fan.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Saturday low 992 mb located over the southeastern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 11:15 PM NST 27 November 2014 A low pressure system currently over the Funk Island Bank will
continue to move northeastward away from the marine district early
this morning. Strong to gale force northeasterlies north of the low's
track and strong to gale force southwesterlies southeast of the low's
track will transition to strong to gale force northerlies behind the
low as it pulls away from the marine district today.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Northeast Gulf, Gulf - Port au Port, Southwest Coast
and the Southern Grand Banks.
