Issued 9:30 PM NDT 15 April 2014 Tonight and Wednesday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight deepening low 991 mb located southwest
of Labrador.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday low 967 mb located over the northern
East Labrador Sea.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:27 PM NDT 15 April 2014 A low pressure system just southwest of Labrador will move across
Labrador tonight and will lie over the Labrador Sea by Wednesday
morning. The low will then slowly track northeastward as it deepens
later in the day. Gale force southwesterly winds will develop over
southern waters ahead of the low Wednesday morning, then shift to
strong to gale force westerlies over most waters in its wake later on
Wednesday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville and the East Labrador Sea - northern
half.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except Lake Melville, South Labrador Coast and
the East Labrador Sea - southern half.
