Issued 10:30 AM PST 28 November 2014 Today Tonight and Saturday At 10:30 a.m. PST today departing cold front located over
northwestern Washington State.

At 10:30 a.m. PST today building ridge located over northern
BC interior.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Saturday ridge located over central BC interior.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:07 AM PST 28 November 2014 An Arctic high will continue to build over the Northern B.C. interior
causing an Arctic outbreak to develop over the North Coast. Gale to
storm force outflow winds will continue through the northern and
central mainland inlets today.

As the ridge moves southward later today, a large area of gale to
storm force northerlies will develop over most central waters this
afternoon. Gale to near storm force outflow winds will also develop
over the southern mainland inlets tonight.

A freezing spray warning is in effect for Douglas Channel and the
Central Coast for this afternoon through tonight.
