will slowly weaken tonight. Gale force northeasterly outflow winds
through the mainland inlets of the North Coast will ease to strong
Meanwhile, a strong Pacific frontal system will approach the central
and northern waters Friday afternoon. Gale force southeast winds will
develop over these waters early Friday morning and then reach storm
force in the afternoon.
