At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight low 994 mb located over central Quebec.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday low 991 mb located over the Mid
Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:23 PM NDT 11 March 2014 A low pressure system over Central Quebec will track northeastward
and cross Labrador tonight before moving off the Mid Labrador Coast
later on Wednesday. Strong to gale force southerlies will develop
ahead of the low while strong to gale force northerlies will develop
in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for Mid
Labrador Coast - north of Hopedale, North Labrador Coast - Saglek and
south, and South Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except Lake Melville and the Northwest Labrador
Sea - southeastern half.
