Issued 4:00 AM NDT 21 September 2014 Today Tonight and Monday At 4:00 a.m. NDT today departing low 981 mb located over
southwestern Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today weakening low 997 mb located over the Mid
Labrador Coast.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT Monday low 995 mb located over the St. Lawrence
River.
By 9:30 a.m. NDT Monday merging low 989 mb located near Anticosti
Island.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 4:04 AM NDT 21 September 2014 A low pressure system over Southwestern Greenland will move further
away from the district today. Strong to gale force northwesterlies
over the East Labrador Sea will diminish as this system departs.

On Monday a low pressure system approaching from Quebec will merge
with another low tracking up the Eastern Seaboard. Strong to gale
force east to northeasterlies will spread over much of the district
ahead of this system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
South Labrador Coast, South Labrador Sea - northern half, and East
Labrador Sea.
