Issued 4:00 PM NDT 22 September 2014 Tonight and Tuesday At 4:00 p.m. NDT today deepening low 984 mb located over
southeastern Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Tuesday low 964 mb located over the East Labrador

At 4:00 p.m. NDT today ridge located over Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight departing ridge located north of the
Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:53 PM NDT 22 September 2014 A deepening low pressure system over Southeastern Labrador will track
northeastward across the Labrador Sea tonight and Tuesday. Strong to
gale force southeast to northeast winds will spread over most of the
district tonight ahead of this low then shift to gale to storm force
northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea - northern half. Gale warnings are in effect for
all remaining waters except Lake Melville.
