morning will move to the South Coast late today. Over central waters
gale to storm force southeast winds will ease to moderate to strong
westerly in the front's wake. Over southern waters strong to gale
force southeast winds will shift to moderate to strong northwest late
in the day. Westerly gales are expected through Juan de Fuca strait
