ridge will strengthen and combine with a developing low over west
coast Vancouver Island resulting in gale to marginal storm force
outflow winds through the north, central, and South Coast inlets
For tonight and Friday. Through some north and Central Coast mainland
inlets, the outflow winds will be strong enough that with dropping
temperatures overnight and into Friday freezing spray will begin to
be a hazard.
The Arctic ridge of high pressure will remain over the British
Columbia Interior until early this weekend.
