offshore waters.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today deepening trough located over BC interior.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:55 PM PDT 19 June 2013 A weak ridge of high pressure will lie just outside the offshore
waters through the period. Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure will
be deepening over the Southern Interior of British Columbia. As the
pattern intensifies, winds will rise to moderate to strong west or
northwest over most areas. Winds are expected to reach gale force
locally over Juan de Fuca strait and Johnstone Strait tonight.
