north-south over Haida Gwaii.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today trough located on a line north-south over
the Washington Coast.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday weakening trough located over Washington
State.

Issued 3:47 PM PDT 15 September 2014 A trough of low pressure over the Southern BC and Washington state
coast is expected to move inland tonight. An area of high pressure
will then push up the Washington state coast leading to strong to
localized gale force southerly winds on Tuesday. Likely areas for
these stronger winds are waters directly off the west coast of
Vancouver Island. Strong to gale force inflow winds are also
