Issued 4:00 PM PDT 24 July 2014 Tonight and Friday At 4:00 p.m. PDT today quasi-stationary ridge located over the
northern North Coast.

At 10:00 p.m. PDT tonight cold front located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday quasi-stationary cold front located 60
miles west of Langara.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:58 PM PDT 24 July 2014 A low pressure system moving inland has resulted in strong inflow
winds through Juan de Fuca strait today. The strong winds will
continue through this evening and may reach gale force over east

A frontal system will move onto the North Coast overnight and stall
through Friday. Ahead of the front, strong southeast winds will
develop over the waters surrounding Haida Gwaii. Southeast gales may
develop on Friday over Dixon entrances.
