Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:25 PM PDT 24 April 2014 A low over the Central Coast will continue to weaken this evening.
As a result the strong to marginal gale force winds over southern
waters will continue to ease.
In the wake of the low, a ridge will slowly build onto the British
Columbia coast Friday bringing with it lighter more variable winds.
Late Friday a frontal system will approach the offshore waters.
Ahead of the front gale force southerly winds will develop over Bowie
region Friday evening.
