Issued 4:00 PM PDT 19 April 2014 Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 p.m. PDT today cold front located over the North Coast.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today weakening low 975 mb located over western
Bowie.

At 10:00 p.m. PDT tonight warm front located near the Outer Coast.
By 10:00 a.m. PDT Sunday intensifying trough located near the
Central Coast.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:43 PM PDT 19 April 2014 A 975 MB low and cold front across the northern waters that brought
southeast storm force winds is beginning to weaken. Winds will ease
to strong to gale force late this evening over coastal waters as the
front reaches the coast and the low weakens to 990 MB by Sunday
evening.

A secondary system swinging around the primary low will enter
The coastal waters with more gale to storm force southeasterlies on
Sunday. The strongest winds with this system will again be felt from
the headlands of Vancouver Island northwards. Winds will rise to
southeasterly gale to storm force Sunday morning, shift to gale force
southwesterly in the afternoon, then ease Sunday evening as the
system pushes onshore on the North Coast.
