Issued 9:30 PM PDT 23 April 2014 Tonight and Thursday At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight dissipating ridge located east of the
Lower Mainland.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight low located over southern Explorer.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT Thursday low 996 mb located over northwestern
Vancouver Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:25 PM PDT 23 April 2014 An area of low pressure currently over South Explorer is expected
To be northwest of Vancouver Island by Thursday morning.

Strong to gale force winds are expected in the vicinity of the low
for waters west of Vancouver Island and Northern Georgia strait.
Winds should ease through the afternoon on Thursday as the low
weakens and continues on its slow track toward the mainland coast.
