Issued 9:30 PM PDT 18 June 2013 Tonight and Wednesday At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight dissipating low 1014 mb located 120 mileswest of Astoria.
At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over the central offshore waters.
At 4:00 a.m. PDT Wednesday trough located over BC interior.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:23 PM PDT 18 June 2013 Light to moderate winds will prevail tonight as a weak area of lowpressure dissipates off the Oregon coast. On Wednesday, the pattern
will intensify as a trough of low pressure develops over the BC
Interior. This will lead to moderate to strong west or northwest
winds developing over most South Coast waters with local gale force
westerlies expected over Juan de Fuca strait by Wednesday evening.
