Issued 4:00 PM PDT 20 April 2014 Tonight and Monday At 4:00 p.m. PDT today low 1000 mb located over northern Bowie.
By 5:00 a.m. PDT Monday weakening low located over the Alaska
panhandle.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over northern Vancouver Island.
By 2:00 a.m. PDT Monday cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.
 

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:38 PM PDT 20 April 2014 A low pressure system tracking northeastward across Bowie will reach
the Alaska Panhandle this evening. Gale to storm force southeasterly
winds will ease and shift to gale force southwesterlies in its wake.
The trailing cold front will push from northern to southern
Vancouver Island through the evening and overnight. Associated with
the front, strong to gale force southeasterly winds will ease to
moderate to strong tonight as the system weakens.

Winds will be light to moderate on Monday with seas 3 metres or less.
