Issued 3:09 AM PDT 20 May 2013 A strong ridge of high pressure will remain off the offshore waters
while a trough of low pressure develops over the province.
Consequently, northwest winds will reach gale force late today
Over the offshore waters west of Haida Gwaii and over Explorer.
