By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over Funk Island Bank.

Issued 7:52 PM NDT 25 September 2016 As of 7:30 P.M. NDT the center of post-tropical cyclone Karl was
located near latitude 43.6 north and longitude 41.4 west. Maximum
sustained winds are 55 knots and minimum central pressure is 988 MB.
Karl is moving northeastwards at about 54 knots.

This will be the last statement on Karl.
