By 10:00 a.m. NST Monday low 994 mb located east of the Marine
District.

At 3:30 p.m. NST Monday intensifying trough located over Labrador
Sea.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight quasi-stationary ridge located near the
Great Lakes.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:54 PM NST 28 December 2014 A trough of low pressure will develop and intensify over the Labrador
Sea on Monday. Winds over the Gulf of St. Lawrence will strengthen to
gale force on Monday evening in response to this intensifying trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Northeast Gulf and Gulf - Port au Port.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Northeast Gulf, Gulf - Port au Port and Belle Isle
Bank.
