over Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight dissipating trough located east of the
Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low 1009 mb located southeast of Cape Cod.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday low 999 mb located over the northern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:55 AM NDT 3 July 2015 A developing low pressure system southeast of Cape Cod will deepen as
it moves northeastward today and is forecast to cross the Avalon
Peninsula this evening. Near-gale force southwest to west winds are
expected across the Grand Banks as the low passes, however marine
interests are advised to monitor future forecasts in the event that
gale warnings are required.
