At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over western Labrador.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday trough located over the St. Lawrence
River.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:47 AM NDT 26 April 2017 A trough of low pressure over Western Labrador will approach Gulf
waters today before crossing the Belle Isle Bank tonight. Generally
strong to gale force southwesterly winds ahead of the trough will
become strong to near gale force northerly behind it.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, and Belle Isle Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Coast, and Belle Isle
Bank.
