tracks northeastward across Funk Island Bank to lie northeast of the
marine district by Saturday morning. Gale to storm force
southeasterlies are expected ahead of the low while gale to storm
force southwest to westerlies are expected in its wake over eastern
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Funk Island Bank and Northern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, South Coast, East Coast, Belle Isle
Bank, and the Southern Grand Banks.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, and Northeast Coast.
