Issued 10:00 AM NDT 1 April 2015 Today Tonight and Thursday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today dissipating low 996 mb located over Belle
Isle Bank.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today low 1000 mb located south of Nova Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday intensifying low 982 mb located northeast
of the Avalon Peninsula.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:54 AM NDT 1 April 2015 A low pressure system south of Nova Scotia will intensify as it
approaches Newfoundland from the south this evening and tracks across
the Avalon Peninsula tonight. Strong to gale force southeasterlies
will develop over eastern waters tonight ahead of the low. Strong to
gale force west to southwesterlies will develop over most waters on
Thursday in the wake of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Funk Island Bank, and the
Grand Banks.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Northeast Gulf, Gulf - Port au Port, Southwest Coast,
Northeast Coast, and Funk Island Bank.
