By 3:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday departing low 992 mb located east of the
Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
the Maritimes.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Tuesday ridge located on a line north-south over
eastern Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:50 PM NDT 22 May 2017 A low pressure system east of the Grand Banks will continue to slowly
drift eastward tonight. Strong to gale force north to northwesterlies
will gradually diminish overnight as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
Southeastern Grand Banks.
