Issued 2:43 AM ADT 25 April 2024 A developing low pressure system just north of the Gaspé Peninsulawill cross Anticosti Island today before moving east of the marine
district this afternoon. Gale to storm force westerlies or
northwesterlies are forecast near the Bay of Fundy this morning and
over northern waters today and tonight.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Anticosti. Gale warnings are in effect for Fundy, Grand Manan,
Lurcher, Cabot Strait - northern half, Gulf - Magdalen, and Chaleur -
Miscou.
