over Nova Scotia.
By 8:00 p.m. AST tonight ridge located over the eastern Marine
District.

At 3:00 a.m. AST today low 1007 mb located over the northeastern
United States.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Saturday low 990 mb located near Lurcher.

At 8:00 p.m. AST Saturday low 984 mb located over Southwestern
Shore.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:54 AM AST 30 January 2015 A low pressure system over the Northeastern United States will move
eastward tonight to lie over Southwestern Nova Scotia by Saturday
evening. Strong to gale force southeasterlies will spread across the
marine district ahead of the low before shifting to gale force
northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Anticosti.
