Issued 3:00 AM ADT 20 October 2017 Today Tonight and Saturday At 3:00 a.m. ADT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over Maine.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Saturday departing trough located southeast of
the Marine District.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT today ridge located on a line north-south over
the Great Lakes.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Saturday ridge located on a line north-south over
New Brunswick.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:29 AM ADT 20 October 2017 A trough of low pressure will move across the district today to lie
southeast of the district overnight. Strong southwesterlies ahead of
the trough will shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies behind
it. Winds over western waters will gradually diminish on Saturday as
a ridge approaches from the west.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen, and Anticosti.
