Island Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight trough from 976 mb low located on a line
northeast-southwest over the Northeast Coast of Newfoundland.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Thursday departing trough located east of Belle
Isle Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight disturbance located south of Nova Scotia.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Thursday low 994 mb located over the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:58 PM NST 10 February 2016 A low pressure system just east of the Funk Island Bank will continue
to track northeastwards out to sea tonight. A trough of low pressure
extending southwestwards from the low will also move northeastwards
to exit the marine district by Thursday morning. Gale force
northeasterlies will affect waters to the north of the trough, while
gale to storm force west to southwesterlies will affect waters to its

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Funk Island Bank. Gale warnings are in effect for East Coast,
Northeast Coast - Cape St. John and south, Belle Isle Bank and
Northern Grand Banks.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Northeast Coast -
north of Cape St. John and the Belle Isle Bank.
